Also, we cannot guarantee your order will arrive on a specific date because we cannot control the post office's transit speed. We'll do our best to get your order shipped as soon as possible, but after we ship your order, it's in the hands of the carrier. Please contact us for cutoff times & included stock.
• Production is closed on holidays which will extend scheduled ship dates. However, customer service is always available. Expect an email via Etsy if we need any extensions.

Each item is made to order. Because of this and custom printed items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
IN THE EVENT AN ITEM IS DAMAGED OR PRINTED INCORRECTLY, WE ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO REPLACE THE ITEM OR OFFER A REFUND. We are not responsible for items that in the possession of the mail carriers, nor items that have shipped and an address change is requested.

Because orders are processed as quickly as possible we DO NOT accept cancellations/make size/text/image changes after an order is placed. Please double check all sizes/color choices/spelling & addresses at checkout. After a reasonable amount of time has passed without communication from buyer, orders will be processed according to the notes left at checkout in order to avoid delay.
Items shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error will not be refunded/reimbursed/replaced. Double-check delivery addresses as providing correct information falls upon the buyer &, as per Etsy Policy, Decentralized Gear will not be held responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer OR loss/damage caused by the carrier.

PLEASE NOTE:
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN ON CUSTOM ITEMS that arrive in error due to buyer misspelling or sizing.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS: REFUNDS or REPLACEMENTS will be offered once either A) the defective merchandise is returned or B) photos are provided that satisfactorily show the defective pieces.

Decentralized Gear listings contain photoshopped mockups of what your final item will look like. Please note the artwork/design may vary slightly in size, positioning, and more importantly color to your final item (especially but not limited to neons and purples which may print slightly darker/lighter due to computer color variances and the transfer from screen to ink). By purchasing from Decentralized Gear you're acknowledging the listing's mockup image may vary (as stated above) to your final item(s), and no refunds will be given for the differences.

Sizes are based on US sizes. Please be sure to choose the correct size, as no refund or exchange will be given for items that are shipped according to what appears on the receipt or message thread at checkout.
Some listings require sizes and colors be left in the NOTE TO SELLER section at checkout. If the proper information is not annotated then expect delays in processing times. Orders WILL NOT be processed without all relevant information.

PLEASE NOTE: Decentralized Gear is not responsible for delays during shipping nor are we responsible for items lost during transit. Once the package is handed over to the carrier 5PC has no control over the movement of the item nor do we have any affiliation with the carrier company.
We are not responsible nor will we replace packages marked DELIVERED by the carrier as it is the buyers responsibility to track and be available to receive the item or provide a safe address for delivery (verify addresses). Once your item ships we have fulfilled our obligation to the sale. As a COURTESY, we will assist by calling the carrier, but ultimately the responsibility falls upon the buyer to call the carrier.

All items have been pre-washed to avoid shrinkage. Please read and follow care instructions on clothing tags to prolong the life of the garment.
